The first instance was on July 26th, 1995, between 2 and 3 AM. I was just nine years old, and the house was quiet, yet I felt an overwhelming sense of dread. There have been only two nights in my life when I woke up terrified, gasping for air, and unable to explain why. The first instance was on July 26th, 1995, between 2 and 3 AM. My grandmother had passed away during the night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second incident occurred on May 29th, 2002, at around the same time \u2014 2 to 3 AM. Once again, I awoke in the dead of night, my heart racing for no apparent reason. Four hours later, we learned that my grandfather had died at 7 AM that morning. This second experience deepened my belief that something beyond our understanding connects us to moments of profound loss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve never suffered from sleeping disorders or anxiety, and most nights, I sleep peacefully. These experiences might be mere coincidences, but they\u2019ve left me questioning whether there’s something more\u2014an invisible thread that ties us to the ones we love in ways we can\u2019t yet explain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
