It started when my mother became seriously ill. We were all hopeful, but her health deteriorated quickly. I tried to stay strong, managing her funeral arrangements and comforting my family, but the pain was overwhelming. Just as I was beginning to process her loss, I received a call that my father had been in a car accident. I rushed to the hospital, heart racing with dread, only to find out he didn\u2019t survive. Handling the financial aspects of their estate, managing the house, and dealing with legal matters became an almost unbearable task. Each day felt like a heavy weight pressing down on me. My work suffered, my relationships strained, and I felt completely adrift.
