As a child growing up in Mihijam, a small town in eastern India, I never imagined finding success. One night in the 5th grade, I wrote a letter to my dad, confessing my fears: \u201cPapa, please never stop working. I don\u2019t think I\u2019ll ever get a job.\u201d Embarrassed, I tore the letter to shreds when my mom and brother insisted on reading it. My family wasn\u2019t rich, and I knew that my future rested entirely on my shoulders. I worked part-time during college, built strong connections, and stayed focused on my studies, avoiding the distractions of partying. Writing and dreaming of starting my own business kept me motivated through tough times.
