Among the victims were two young brothers, Rub\u00e9n and Izan Mat\u00edas Calatayud, aged 3 and 5, who were swept away by the floodwaters in their home in Torrent. As their father tried to protect them during the disaster, the overwhelming force of the flood tore the boys from his grasp. Despite surviving the ordeal, the father was severely injured.
