\u201cHe will have real spinal problems\u2026 his head will be too heavy for his neck. Literally,\u201d insists another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Someone else quips: \u201cNightmare going through airport security I bet.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dan Sur previously had a much more conventional look, keeping his black locks long and stylized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He showed off his golden chains \u2013 some encrusted with bling \u2013 on social media, revealing that he \u2018wanted to do something different\u2019 by going through with the unusual procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rapper said: \u201cI have it as a hook that is implanted in my head and that hook has hooks and they are all hooked in my skull, under my skin.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In another post, Dan Sur added that he considers his look unique: \u201cThe truth is that I wanted to do something different because I see that everyone dyes their hair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Agullo says whether or not the rapper\u2019s look is the real deal, it\u2019s important to understand that it would be a procedure that carries risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
