The new president signed several executive orders (EOs) that disregarded scientific principles shortly after his inauguration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among these were decisions were the withdrawal of the United States from the Paris Agreement and the World Health Organization, signaling a step back in addressing climate change and global health initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another EO targeted transgender and non-binary individuals, inadvertently leading to a surprising conclusion: under its definitions, every American could technically be classified as female.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The EO in question states: \u201c\u2018Female\u2019 means a person belonging, at conception, to the s** that produces the large reproductive cell.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This definition merges anti-abortion and anti-LGBTQ+ rhetoric while also demonstrating a misunderstanding of basic biology.<\/span><\/span>

As scientists have pointed out, at the moment of conception and for several weeks afterward, all embryos are essentially female.<\/p><\/span><\/span>
