Beloved\u00a0TV\u00a0<\/a>star Francisco\u00a0San Martin has tragically died aged 39.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

San Martin, from Mallorca, Spain, grew up in America before moving back home where he worked as a model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The actor was best known for the role of Dario Hernandez on the soap opera Days of Our Lives<\/em>. He played a thief, who later turned out to be an investigator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He starred in the soap The Bold and the Beautiful<\/em> and had a recurring role as estate manager Fabian in the hit show Jane the Virgin <\/em>in 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

San Martin also starred in the Steven Soderbergh film\u00a0Behind the Candelabra\u00a0<\/em>alongside Michael Douglas and Matt Damon.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tributes are pouring in from fans after confirmation of San Martin\u2019s passing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One follower says: \u201cHeartbreaking! Francisco San Martin\u2019s talent and charm will be deeply missed. Love and prayers to his loved ones.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another adds: \u201cSending prayers to his family, he will be missed.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSo sad and heartbreaking so young and handsome man. Rest In peace,\u201d a third says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A fourth fan comments: \u201cSo sad to hear about the death of Francisco San Martin, a star from Days of Our Lives<\/em> and Jane the Virgin<\/em>. He was only 39! His contributions to television will never be forgotten.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

San Martin\u2019s co-stars are also paying tributes, with Camila Banus, who played the actor\u2019s character\u2019s sister Gabi Hernandez, pens (per Forbes<\/a>): \u201cPepe, what can I say but I love you and rest in peace, my friend. Love you mucho mucho mucho. I wish I had told you more.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TV Journalist Michael Fairman writes<\/a>: \u201cVery, very sad. I am a bit in shock, as I saw Francisco at my gym almost every day.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

San Martin was found deceased at his Los Angeles home by police on January 16, reports Deadline<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
