<\/figure>\n\n\n\nSimon Cowell concerned fans with a social media appearance which left some fans unable to recognize him. <\/strong>PauseMute<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/a>Cowell is an English\u00a0TV<\/a>\u00a0personality, entrepreneur, and record executive, best known for judging on television talent competitions such as\u00a0Pop Idol<\/em>,\u00a0The X Factor<\/em>, and\u00a0America\u2019s Got Talent<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He\u2019s also known for his ever-changing appearance, which has led some fans to speculate whether he\u2019s had plastic surgery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This gossip was magnified after a video of the media mogul went viral<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cowell has been incredibly candid when it comes to whether or not he\u2019s had cosmetic surgery over the years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In a 2018 interview with The Sun<\/a>, he admitted that he\u2019d undergone a treatment dubbed the 21st century facelift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The AGT<\/em> judge revealed that he visited cosmetic surgeon Dr. Jean-Louis Sebagh for a Silhouette Soft Lift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A Silhouette Soft Lift is an anti-aging, thread lift treatment that corrects and tightens the midface, jawline, eyebrows, and neck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Chatting to The Sun, Cowell said: \u201cThere\u2019s lots of things you can do now. You don\u2019t just have to stuff your face with filler and Botox.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n Referencing a time when fans noticed his seemingly puffy eyes and bruising, he added: \u201cI probably did have a little too much a couple of years ago.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n In a 2022 interview<\/a> with the publication, the media mogul revealed he decided to stop injectables as he\u2019d \u2018gone a bit too far.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n He recounted: \u201cI saw a picture of me from \u2018before\u2019 the other day, and didn\u2019t recognize it as me first of all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cEric (his son) was in hysterics. Enough was enough. There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n But recently, Cowell sparked cosmetic surgery rumors once again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It all started when a now-deleted video was uploaded to the X, formerly Twitter<\/a>, account for Britain\u2019s Got Talent<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cowell encourages people to apply for the popular ITV show in the circulating clip: \u201cI always say on this show, two or three minutes can change your life. And it has. And maybe this time it\u2019s gonna be you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cSo please audition now for next year\u2019s season and I look forward to meeting you.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n Yet the video got fans talking for an entirely different reason \u2013 Cowell\u2019s seemingly changed face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reacting to the clip, one viewer wrote: \u201cThat doesn\u2019t look like him at all.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n Another questioned: \u201cWhat\u2019s he done to his face?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n Similarly, a third fan asked: \u201cIs that Simon Cowell?
