The director of Tulsa King has denied the claims

Sylvester Stallone has been accused of calling background actors on the set of his show Tulsa King<\/em> \u2018ugly\u2019, allegedly throwing various insults at them.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\u00a0Rocky<\/em><\/a>\u00a0actor<\/a>\u00a0has become embroiled in controversy, with one casting agency quitting the\u00a0show<\/a>\u00a0following the claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rumors started regarding Stallone\u2019s<\/a> on set conduct following posts in Facebook casting groups about background actors being treated poorly.
According to <\/a>The Hollywood Reporter, one screenshot said: \u201cHe shouted to the director to come over here. Lots of F bombs dropped<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stallone was very upset with the look of the background actors. Said they were hideous and old and fat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNext thing, people are being told to go back to holding and younger people were brought in.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another said: \u201cWhile working on Tulsa King<\/em> this week Sylvester Stallone was observed calling the director over and saying \u2018what the f**k is up with these f***ing ugly background [actors].<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He and the director proceeded to call certain people terrible names and laughed at them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c\u2018Tub of lard,\u2019 \u2018fat guy with cane\u2019, and was making fun of their weight and handicaps. Sly said, \u2018Bring in pretty young girls to be around me.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cRose Locke has resigned and will finish out this final week to give them the opportunity to find someone else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BGs (background actors) need to stand together and NOT submit to Tulsa King <\/em>moving forward to show this production we don\u2019t support this kind of disrespect in Georgia.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rose Locke works for CatrettLockeCasting, with the company posting on Facebook to say: \u201cWe wanted to send you an update on the happenings here in our casting world. We have chosen to part ways with Tulsa King<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe will be finishing up next week and the 12th will be our last day. We send well wishes to whomever takes over the show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe thank all of you great background artists for your continued support.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The actor has not yet responded to the accusations. Paramount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company has not specified that the decision is in response to the rumors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While none of the multiple posts accusing Stallone and the director of fostering a \u2018toxic environment\u2019 specified who the director was, they have come forward and refuted the claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Craig Zisk told TMZ that the claims were false and no insults were aimed at extras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zisk said the background actors were \u2018improperly cast\u2019 and that he had told Locke the extras were supposed to be \u2018young and hip\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He claims this led to a dispute with Locke, telling she\u2019d need to submit photos of actors moving forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The director added: \u201cThat\u2019s the way I work and everyone I know works that way in extras casting.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sylvester Stallone has been contacted for comment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
