The twins were overjoyed, and everything was going smoothly\u2014until the doorbell rang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There stood my sister, Kim, the family prankster, uninvited and unwelcome. She had a history of ruining special occasions, like the time she left slime on my wedding dress. Still, she came bearing beautifully wrapped gifts, and I dared to hope she was sincere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Excited, the boys ripped into their presents\u2014only to find empty boxes.
