Our awesome adventure, by the gang of \u2018human arrow\u2019 kids who directed cops to robbers: the crime-busting heroics prove that any kid can be a hero!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The young people, known as the \u201cTremendous Twelve,\u201d shot to fame online after they ingeniously created a human arrow to direct a police aircraft to two evading burglary suspects.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And just like Enid Blyton\u2019s imagined characters, they traveled with their dependable dog, a Yorkshire terrier named Molly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The kids, who were speaking to The Mail on Sunday for the first time about their amazing experience, said yesterday:\u00a0\u201cWe feel really proud \u2013 it was awesome.\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0They were on an Easter egg search in the middle of a field close to Capel, Surrey, when they noticed the helicopter circling. They ranged in age from six to twelve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A nine-year-old girl said: \u2018It was really noisy and we could see it said \u201cpolice\u201d on the bottom. Then we saw a man running along the side of the field. We saw the man take his jumper off and put it around his head.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

She added that they were trying to shout to the pilot<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She continued by saying that despite their attempts to scream and shout at the helicopter to tip in the man\u2019s direction, it was pointed in the opposite direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLet\u2019s get into an arrow,\u201d two of my friends then said, and we took position on the ground.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After lying in the dirt for about a minute, the children saw the helicopter approaching them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The two males, who were 27 and 28, were apprehended after the pilot alerted the authorities on the ground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They were questioned on suspicion of burgling a farm nearby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018They stated they believed we were playing around at first, but they followed our arrow and caught the men,\u2019<\/strong> a ninth-grade girl remarked. We\u2019re quite proud of what we accomplished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
