Marcel Bonn, best known by his stage name Tim Kruger, was born in D\u00fcsseldorf, Germany, and was one of the most popular and successful gay adult film stars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond his work as a performer and collaborations with fellow creators, the 44-year-old was known for his website TimTales, one of the biggest sites and production companies in the gay p*** industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At some point, Kruger relocated to Barcelona, where he lived with his partner until his death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fans have taken to social media and paid tribute following news of the adult star\u2019s passing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One tribute reads: \u201cRIP Tim Kruger. He was my favorite star.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another says: \u201cThis is awful news. So sorry for his family.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cVery sad news,\u201d writes a third. \u201cHe was a lovely guy who\u2019s been taken too soon.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Somebody else pens: \u201cWhat a shame. He was just a great guy. I\u2019ve been watching his work for years, and I felt like I knew him. He gave off that amazing aura that I\u2019m sure lots of us felt. He will be sadly missed by many.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The devastating news of Kruger\u2019s passing was confirmed by his longtime partner, Grobes Geraet, in a statement on TimTales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It read: \u201cIt is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share the news of the passing of our beloved Marcel, the man you all knew and loved as Tim Kruger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTo the public, he was the ultimate ginger p*** star; to me, he was a sweet, caring partner of over 20 years. He was also my best friend. He touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Geraet went on to address Kruger\u2019s cause of death, calling it an \u2018accident.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI am very aware of the stigma that surrounds deaths in the p*** industry, so let me make this very clear to hopefully cut down on the inevitable speculation: Tim\u2019s death was a tragic, yet simple accident at home,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThere were no drugs involved, nor was there any indication of foul play or s**cide.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Geraet added that he is finding \u2018solace in the countless memories he gifted us\u2019 and through remembering \u2018Tim\u2019s legacy of compassion, love, and joy.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The statement concluded: \u201cI am aware that you all will have countless questions, but this is all the information I have to share right now. I would love for everyone to respect his loved ones\u2019 time to grieve in privacy. Thank you.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
