Chalamet then turned to introduce Jenner,&nbsp;who stayed seated&nbsp;as she extended her hand to greet John.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u201cRocket Man\u201d singer responded by kissing&nbsp;Kylie Jenner\u2019s&nbsp;hand.
