What they made of it is beyond belief! Here\u2019s how it looks now\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Built back in 1887, this house was considered dangerous to even enter because it looked like it was about to fall down any second.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When people were looking to buy this big ruin, they didn\u2019t even bother to give a second thought, but everything changed when locals Jim and Jean Leaman stepped in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After watching the home\u2019s condition worsen over the decades, the retired couple\u2019s love for the crumbling abode\u2019s classic architecture inspired them to purchase it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After 5 years working on the house day in day out, they managed to turn the ruin into a magical place we can all call home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The transformation is almost unreal! But wait till you see it inside\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is how the house looked like at the beginning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dailypositiveinfo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/80227f0f4165bbe607c2b98c927a4f92.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11233\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>But here is how it looked after restoration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dailypositiveinfo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/ae29a72014701f1be8b451296a8d81c4.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11234\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The inside will leave you breathless. It looks straight out of a Harry Potter movie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dailypositiveinfo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/20ff34e8cf4f5cb575d3b07d3f8f24ac.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11235\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The floors are made of five different types of wood and rainbow of colors pierce through thanks to the stained glass panels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dailypositiveinfo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/b14157cf19dd15f7bee58eaf0293e2d5.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11236\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Each of the five bedrooms on the second floor are uniquely decorated and have a special appeal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dailypositiveinfo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/ccba8d5cdaa69d75c7a2e74ef0ca7327.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11237\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>But this small room in the attic is perfect place for an office!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dailypositiveinfo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/8058d150730f19ca8f4c37980cce1f1f.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11238\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>From how it looked to what he made it out to be, it\u2019s truly hard to believe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dailypositiveinfo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/1471974147-syn-hbu-1471910860-505-linden-ave-25.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11239\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>It did get a lot of work, time and money, but he transformed the ruin into a cozy and warm house.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This house was built over 130 years ago and abandoned for many years before they bought it.
