However, incidents can sometimes disrupt the journey, as seen on IndiGo flight 6E 12 in December 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On December 16, a male passenger reportedly made a crew member cry, leading another flight attendant to step in. She firmly told the man not to yell or point fingers at the crew. When the passenger interrupted her, asking, &#8220;Why are you yelling?&#8221; she responded, &#8220;Because you are yelling at us.&#8221; The exchange escalated when he told her to &#8220;shut up,&#8221; prompting her to retort, &#8220;You shut up!
