Police Say It Was a Tragic AccidentFollowing the attack, Franklin County Animal Control removed all three of the family\u2019s dogs.Police confirmed they are not pressing charges, stating that the incident appears to be a tragic accident, with no signs of neglect or wrongdoing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lizah was spunky, happy, loved watching Miss Rachel, and she was never without a smile. Her face lit up every room she entered, and her laugh was contagious.\u201dShe was affectionately called \u201cKickin Wing\u201d by her grandpa a nickname that came from her excited kicking every time someone walked into the room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
