Kaley was fit and super strong in a tank, a pair of black leggings \u2026 and 17 different hairstyles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe got one speed\u00a0,\u201d Kaley\u2019s trainer wrote in the caption. It looks like the actress\u2019s workout included some jumping rope, medicine ball crunches and tons\u00a0of weight lifting. Kaley showed her enthusiasm in the comments and poked fun at her hairstyle changes throughout the video.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/thknews11.store\/archives\/31769\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">View full post on Instagram<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOne speed and 17 different hairstyles\u00a0,\u201d she wrote. And of course, Kaley\u2019s fans hopped in the replies to show their support, too. \u201cShe is a machine\u00a0,\u201d one fan wrote. \u201cNo wonder she always looks amazing!\u201d Another fan commented. In case you didn\u2019t know, Kaley had a baby in March, so this postpartum workout is worth some extra praise!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The actress loves hitting the gym with Ryan, and even did some pretty intense (and baby-safe) workouts&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/a42133129\/kaley-cuoco-pregnancy-workout-instagram-video\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">while pregnant<\/a>. She also loves yoga and SoulCycle on occasion. One thing to note about Kaley\u2019s workouts: she switches up her routine a lot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIf I\u2019m doing yoga, we\u2019re doing it every day this week \u2026 Then I\u2019m like, \u2018Oh my god, I have to switch.\u2019 Then I\u2019m going crazy on SoulCycle \u2026\u2018OK, I have to switch,\u2019\u201d she previously told&nbsp;<em>Women\u2019s Health<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, Kaley is much more ritualistic about how she fuels up. She always starts her mornings with coffee and peanut butter toast. The actress commits to this staple so hard that she even travels with a toaster, she previously told&nbsp;<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/food\/a40152149\/kaley-cuoco-diet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WH<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Later in the day, Kaley typically opts for tuna wraps, smoothies or Luna bars. And for dinner, the actress loves to nosh on grilled salmon with baked potatoes and veggies. It seems like Kaley puts her all into everything she does!
