Therefore, the Mayor\u2019s Office decided to send a message to his family.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>With profound sadness, we offer our prayers for the soul of Arlex Perdomo Rojas<\/strong>&nbsp;. His passing leaves a huge void in our hearts, but his legacy will live forever in our memories.
