U.S. President Donald Trump recently addressed the budding romance between his former daughter-in-law Vanessa Trump and golf star Tiger Woods. Seated in the White House Oval Office, Donald shared what he thinks of their relationship after a reporter asked the politician about it. His comments follow Ivanka Trump\u2019s statement about the couple\u2019s romance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Reflecting on the union, Donald didn\u2019t shy away from offering his full support. \u201cWell, I love Tiger and I love Vanessa,\u201d he\u00a0began<\/u><\/a>, warmly acknowledging both individuals.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

He also took a moment to revisit Vanessa\u2019s past with his son, Donald Trump Jr., expressing that their marriage had been deeply impacted by external pressures. \u201cI happen to think the relationship was hurt very badly by the witch hunt that went on,\u201d he\u00a0said<\/u><\/a>, referencing the political scrutiny surrounding his son at the time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Still, he held no bitterness over how things unfolded. \u201cThey broke up, you know, quite a while ago, which was to me, very sad \u2019cause I think they\u2019re both great,\u201d he\u00a0added<\/u><\/a>. Donald also\u00a0shone a spotlight<\/u><\/a>\u00a0on the five \u201cincredible\u201d kids Vanessa and Donald Jr. share.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

As for Tiger, Donald\u00a0described him as<\/u><\/a>\u00a0\u201ca fantastic guy and a fantastic athlete,\u201d revealing that the golf icon had personally told him about the budding relationship months ago.<\/p>\n
