While the mother has chosen to remain anonymous, the image was shared by obstetrician Dr. Tran Viet Phuong, who delivered the child.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter the delivery, I noticed he was holding the device,\u201d Dr. Phuong explained. \u201cI thought it was an interesting sight, so I took a picture.
