As a parent, seeing your child graduate from high school or college is one of the most memorable events in your life.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

People who have been through it will remember the pride and unbridled joy that come from seeing your not-so-little one finish a part of their life they worked so hard to complete.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dennis Roach, a dad from Texas, must have felt ten times better in 2018 because his daughter\u2019s high school graduation gave him the chance to take a picture from 2000 all over again, and the result made people all over the world smile\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dennis finished high school in 2000, and he was lucky to have his toddler daughter Tori with him for the party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the time, they posed for a picture, and Dennis kissed his little girl. It was the right way to remember his big day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2018, Tori Roach was the one who marked the occasion of her high school graduation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dennis was, of course, there to celebrate the occasion, and he and the other person had the great idea to take a new picture of the two of them from eighteen years ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the new story, Tori lay in her dad\u2019s arms and got a kiss on the face again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

People on Twitter loved the pictures she posted of the pictures from 2000 and 2018. No one could have predicted how well it would be received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c18 years later,\u201d<\/strong> Tori wrote under her picture. It quickly went global, getting 57,000 reposts and almost 150,000 likes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the comments section, many people were happy to see the picture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cUgh this is just the sweetest,\u201d one person wrote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another added: \u201cOne of the best pictures I have seen \u2026 I wish you and your family the best of luck.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWow lovely\u2026\u201d<\/strong> a third said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the feature that a lot of people saw and couldn\u2019t help but comment on was probably the most interesting thing about the two pictures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One thing that stood out was that Tori\u2019s dad, Dennis, didn\u2019t look like he had aged at all between the two pictures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHow old is your father,\u201d<\/strong> mused one person. \u201cHe looks ageless.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI think you froze your father until you grow up,\u201d<\/strong> another joked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDamn did you dad age any?\u201d<\/strong> a third quipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tori couldn\u2019t believe how many people were interested in her post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She later had to explain that her dad, who was 37 years old when she graduated from high school, wasn\u2019t single.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She also talked to People<\/a> about Dennis\u2019s pride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI woke up and I had a ton of notifications. People had started sharing and liking and commenting all over again. My dad was really proud. We\u2019re from a small town, so nothing like this really ever happens. And he was like, \u2018That\u2019s so cool!\u2019\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

She added,\u00a0\u201cIt brought me and my dad closer in a way because we could share that moment, and I feel that not many other people get to experience that.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
