The 38-year-old, famous from MTV\u2019s <em>Jersey Shore<\/em>, shared on TikTok that abnormal Pap smear results over the past four years led her to undergo a colposcopy and biopsy. \u201cResults come back. Doctor calls me and he\u2019s like, \u2018Not looking great.\u2019 He found cancerous cells on the top of my cervix,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Polizzi revealed she will need a cone biopsy under anesthesia for further testing. While she described the process as \u201cterrifying,\u201d she emphasized its importance: \u201cIt\u2019s scary, but we have to get it done because cervical cancer is nothing to joke about.\u201d She also noted that if the second biopsy is abnormal, a hysterectomy may be required\u2014a thought she found \u201csad and scary,\u201d even though she\u2019s done having children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The reality star urged women not to delay screenings, admitting she had waited out of fear and discomfort. \u201cIf your doctor calls you to do it again, do it,\u201d she said.
