Nicki Minaj, the 41-year-old rapper and singer, has unveiled the rescheduled date for her Manchester concert, which was abruptly canceled last Saturday due to her arrest in the Netherlands. Scheduled to perform for thousands of fans at the Co-op Live, Minaj found herself in custody in Amsterdam for several hours, leading to the last-minute cancellation of the show.
“The new official date for all ticket holders who initially had tickets to the May 25th #Manchester show is June 3rd.
“I apologize for all the inconvenience this has caused.
“I truly hope you can attend the #June3rd show. It promises to be a truly special event. Ticketmaster will contact you to provide official advice.”
Minaj, renowned for chart-topping hits like “Starships,” “Super Bass,” and “Anaconda,” revealed that she endured approximately six hours in custody at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport on Saturday before finally being able to travel to the UK.
