Rejecting the spotlight that follows Ben Affleck and his new wife Jennifer Lopez, Jennifer Garner has been quietly dating a man outside the celebrity limelight.

According to sources, the 51-year-old Garner has been in an on-again, off-again relationship with businessman John Miller, who, like her, prefers being part of an “under-the-radar kind of couple.”

After a brief split between August 2020 and the spring of 2021, Miller and Garner have been going strong. “He was ready for marriage, and she just couldn’t commit,” a source said at the time. Friends describe their relationship as mutually beneficial, bringing out the best in each other.

“John is so smitten and caring, but not in an overbearing way…He gives Jen space when she needs it but he’s there for her when the chips are down or she’s in the mood for something spontaneous. They’ve enjoyed some wonderful getaways together…that’s one of their big things,” a source added.

In July 2022, Garner and Miller were seen together multiple times by paparazzi, looking happy and unbothered by Affleck’s marriage to Lopez. In January 2023, Entertainment Tonight published photos of Affleck “happily chatting with John,” showing that Garner and Affleck are co-parenting amicably.
