Holly is Sasha’s Mother—And There’s a Twist, October 16 General Hospital

The entire October 16 episode of General Hospital served up some strange vibes, especially during the Holly scenes with Felicia. The two friends talked about Cody and his girlfriend, Sasha Corbin. When Holly saw Sasha’s photo, she looked nervous, leading us — and GH fans — to speculate that Holly was Sasha’s mother. And we weren’t wrong about that side of the equation.

Mother/Daughter Reunion
During Holly (Emma Samms) and Felicia’s (Kristina Wagner) catch-up, Felicia explained everything about Mac’s (John J. York) sudden son. She even showed him one of his modeling ads. Talk naturally turned to Cody’s (Josh Kelly) girlfriend. As soon as Holly saw that image of Sasha Corbin, Holly’s shadiness erupted. It was as if she were holding on to a secret, which she was.

From that point on, it was no surprise to discover that Holly was Sasha’s mother. What was a bigger shock was how it happened. Towards the end of the episode, when Holly showed up at the Quartermaine mansion, Sasha opened the door. And the twist was that Sasha already knew that Holly was her mom.

“What are you doing here, mother,” she demanded.

Wow. Sasha effortlessly called Holly her mother. However, she didn’t necessarily seem happy to see her. So, what is the nature of their relationship? Things definitely look like they’re going to start off in a tense place.

Also, what does Holly want? Does she want to reconnect with her daughter? Have they been in contact this whole time, or have they not seen each other in a long time? Does she want a safe space to hide the diamonds she stole from Sidwell (Carlo Rota)? Does she want a safe space to hide from Sidwell? Holly always wants something, and it wouldn’t surprise us if she asked her daughter to help her mother out.
