1 tablespoon every morning to naturally cleanse your blood vessels
A natural drink made from simple kitchen ingredients has gained attention for its potential health benefits, particularly for circulation and detox. The preparation requires a red onion, garlic, ginger, two lemons, turmeric, black pepper, honey, and a liter of water.
The process begins by peeling and slicing the red onion into rings before placing it in a pot. Garlic cloves are chopped finely, while ginger is peeled and diced, then both are added alongside the onion.
One lemon is peeled, chopped, and included in the pot. To ensure cleanliness, soaking the lemon in water and soda beforehand can help remove pesticide residue and dirt.
A liter of water is poured into the pot. Separately, turmeric and black pepper are mixed before being added to the ingredients. Together, they enhance absorption of curcumin, the active compound in turmeric.
The mixture simmers gently on the stove for about ten minutes, allowing the ingredients to release their beneficial properties. Afterward, the pot is removed from heat and left to cool for around 30 minutes to maximize nutrient retention.
Once cooled, the liquid is strained through a sieve into a glass bottle or jar. At this stage, two tablespoons of natural honey are added, the container sealed, and shaken well to blend.
The juice of the second lemon is squeezed directly into the bottle, enhancing both taste and potential detoxifying effects. After mixing, the bottle is sealed again and stored in the refrigerator.
To use the remedy, one to two tablespoons are taken each morning on an empty stomach. Regularity is emphasized as essential for results. While this drink is promoted as a natural health booster, it is not a substitute for professional medical care, and individuals should seek proper advice when needed.
