In September 2025, Celine Dion publicly mourned the passing of legendary fashion designer Giorgio Armani, who died at age 91.
In an emotional Instagram post, Dion described Armani as “my friend” and praised him for creating “some of the most unforgettable looks of my career.” She said wearing his designs always brought her joy, confidence, and a sense of being at her very best.
Her tribute emphasized how much Armani meant to the world of fashion and to her personally: “It is impossible to say in a few words how important Giorgio Armani was to me, and to the world. He defined elegance and refinement… Dear Giorgio, you have helped me immensely… you have inspired me… you will never be replaced.”
