The Truck That Followed Me, Unsettling truck sightings; seeking advice on coping with eerie coincidences.
It was about 10 years ago when I had an experience that still unsettles me. I’m Casey, and I was running errands around town. As I drove, I noticed a black pickup truck with “Death From Above” printed on the top of its windshield. It was an unusual and eerie sight, but I didn’t think much of it at the time. About an hour later, and 15 miles away from where I first saw it, I passed the very same truck again. I tried to brush it off as coincidence.
Later, I drove across town to pick something up and, to my shock, I saw the same truck once more. It was an unsettling coincidence in a city of about 2 million people. The repetition of the sighting left me feeling unnerved and on edge. The truck’s ominous message only added to my growing anxiety.
Just as I was processing what had happened, a friend called and asked if I wanted to grab lunch. Despite my need to get home and the lingering unease from the truck sightings, I felt an urgent need for company. I agreed to meet up, hoping to shake off the creepy feeling and find some normalcy.
