She showed up at the altar even though he dumped her three days before the wedding

Reported by the Daily Mirror, Carly Akers, a 30-year-old woman from Kent, was faced with unexpected news: Shaun, a man she had known for nine years and with whom she shares two children, was preparing to marry someone else.

Despite the impending wedding, Shaun made a last-minute decision to cancel. Carly, however, decided to proceed with her own wedding plans despite the heartache.

She had made a promise to her two young daughters, aged 2 and 6, that they would be bridesmaids. With the support of family and friends, the girls proudly escorted their mother down the aisle as she tossed the bouquet.

Shaun contests Carly’s accusations of infidelity, claiming instead that she had been unfaithful to him years before. Carly vehemently denies these claims.
