My father spent over 20 years evading the Swiss Army. A pacifist, he escaped conscription by feigning illness, drinking dishwashing detergent, and skiing over the Swiss Alps to the UK, then to New Zealand. Amnesty International helped him stop being hunted. My mother met him while he was swimming nude on a beach in Auckland, and somehow, she knew instantly he would be the father of her son.

I was raised by my mother, a psychic, artist, and psychotherapist with an IQ of 180. Home-schooled from ages 8 to 12, I immersed myself in encyclopedias and survival skills. At 11, I planned my own manhood ceremony, surviving alone in the wilderness for two weeks with just a knife, a billy, and matches. We moved frequently, living in hippy communes across New Zealand.

By age 15, I left home, supporting myself by pushing trolleys and surviving on limited food. I climbed the ranks in sales and management from a young age, helped build a company from an industrial garage to a multi-million-dollar sale, and eventually connected with my father who runs a circus camp in Germany. Today, I manage six businesses, working about 30 hours a week.
