Peanut Butter Balls are a wonderfully simple no-bake treat that’s perfect for any time of the year. Sometimes called buckeye balls, these delectable sweet and salty peanut butter balls are dipped in dark chocolate, making them utterly irresistible!

Ingredients You’ll Need

For this recipe, you’ll need the following:

16 oz. peanut butter

1 pound confectioners sugar

½ teaspoon vanilla

1.5 sticks (3/4 cup) butter

Step-by-Step Instructions

Getting started with your peanut butter balls couldn’t be easier. Here’s what to do:

First, you’ll need some melted chocolate bark for dipping later.

Next, mix together the peanut butter, confectioners sugar, vanilla, and butter until everything is well combined.

Roll the mixture into ball shapes. To make dipping easier, insert a toothpick into each ball. Place them in the freezer to chill for about 30 minutes.

Once chilled, dip the balls into the melted chocolate. Place them onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.

Store the finished peanut butter balls in the fridge to keep them fresh and firm.

Add a Twist

If you want to experiment with flavors, try adding coconut pecan cake icing and coconut flakes to the mixture. It gives the peanut butter balls a unique and delicious twist that’s sure to delight!
