Put your hands together — if these two lines on your palm match up, here’s what you need to know

In an interview, psychotherapist Ellen Goldberg, known as the Wise-Woman Therapist, discusses how palmistry can predict love and marriage through two key lines on the hand. The first line, located on the Mount of Venus beneath the thumb, indicates when one might expect love and affection. Goldberg emphasizes its accuracy for timing relationships. The second line, the heart line or “lines of affection,” is found on the Mount of Mercury under the pinkie, with its characteristics reflecting the depth of one’s romantic connections. A long, single heart line suggests a profound, lifelong love, while proximity to the life line indicates intimacy. Goldberg also notes that the Mount of Venus’s firmness suggests a strong sexual nature, while flatter hands may struggle with expressing love. She advises examining both hands: the dominant hand reflects life’s direction, and the recessive hand reveals character traits and destiny.
