Court documents reveal that Jolie allegedly instructed their children not to speak to Pitt during custody visits. Webb stated that Jolie required him and his contractors to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and threatened legal action if they testified in custody proceedings. Despite this, two security contractors indicated they would testify about Jolie’s alleged encouragement for the children to avoid Pitt.
Jolie’s attorney, Paul Murphy, emphasized that the ongoing legal battle is about power and control, not just NDAs, asserting that Jolie seeks a healthy separation for the family’s well-being. Meanwhile, Jolie’s legal team has accused Pitt of physical abuse, particularly highlighting a 2016 plane incident as a breaking point for the divorce.
Pitt’s lawyers counter that it was Jolie who requested a broader NDA. The situation remains contentious as both sides continue to present their claims in court.
