Recently, I found out I’m pregnant again. Of course, I was happy — babies are always a blessing. But I couldn’t help feeling overwhelmed thinking about how hard it would be, especially given our financial situation. My husband works as a school janitor, and I wasn’t sure how he’d take the news.
So, I went to see my doctor at the local maternity clinic. He checked everything and said the pregnancy was going well with nothing to worry about. Relieved, I left his office and was heading out when something stopped me dead in my tracks.
There, walking down the hallway, was my husband — dressed in a sharp, expensive black suit, perfectly styled hair, and wearing a fancy watch. And in his arms? He was holding TWO newborn babies!
