My heart broke when I saw her like that
A woman entered a Wisconsin salon and began inspecting products. Stylist Kate Langman struck up a conversation with her and learned that she had been suffering from depression, hadn’t left her house in six months, and hadn’t washed her hair during that time.
Langman offered her an appointment for the next day, but the woman didn’t show up. “My heart broke when I saw her like that,” Kate told The Huffington Post.
