A husband and wife are at a bus stop with their nine children when a blind man joins them. When the bus arrives, it is overcrowded, so the wife and children board, leaving the husband and blind man behind. The two decide to walk, but the husband becomes annoyed by the sound of the blind man’s walking stick tapping on the sidewalk. He suggests the blind man put rubber on the stick to stop the noise. The blind man retorts that if the husband had taken action earlier, they would have been able to ride the bus, and tells him to be quiet.
