Julia Roberts took the concept of friendship to new heights during this month’s Kennedy Center Honors, where she supported her “Ticket to Paradise” co-star, George Clooney. Clooney, celebrated for his illustrious career, was among the honorees of the prestigious award.

In a heartwarming gesture, Roberts appeared on stage wearing a stunning custom gown by Jeremy Scott for Moschino, adorned with a collage of Clooney’s iconic photographs. The images, framed in soft gold tones, featured moments from Clooney’s red carpet appearances, his days on ER, and other public events. Paired with a sleek black cropped jacket and fine Chopard jewelry, the ensemble was styled by Elizabeth Stewart, ensuring Roberts looked effortlessly elegant while honoring her friend.
Clooney was visibly touched, reportedly exclaiming “Wow!” as Roberts stepped onto the stage. Adding humor to the heartfelt moment, Roberts quipped, “What’s this, you ask? Just a little something to show my joy at honoring Gladys Knight.”
