One sunny afternoon on the playground, a little boy and girl got into a heated debate.
They were arguing over who had the upper hand in the eternal battle of the sexes, each determined to prove their superiority.
I’m way better than you because boys are just better at everything,” declared the boy, puffing up his chest confidently.
The girl crossed her arms and retorted, “Oh, yeah? Girls are smarter, kinder, and way cooler than boys!”
The argument escalated as they traded insults and bold claims, neither willing to back down.
Finally, the boy decided to settle the debate once and for all.
With a triumphant grin, he dropped his pants and pointed downward. “Here’s something I have that you’ll never have!”
The little girl stood there, stunned. She blinked a few times, unable to argue with the obvious truth of his statement
. Embarrassed and upset, she turned on her heel and ran home crying.
A short while later, though, she came skipping back to the playground, her tears gone and a confident smile lighting up her face.
Without saying a word, she dropped her pants too and pointed proudly.
“My mommy says that with one of these,” she declared smugly, “I can have as many of those as I want!”
The boy’s jaw dropped as he stood there speechless. The little girl pulled her pants back up and skipped away, leaving him scratching his head and wondering if he had just lost the argument after all.
Sometimes, the best comebacks come from unexpected wisdom!
