The couple’s connection began in 2001, when the singer invited his future wife to star in the music vide for his song “I’m Gonna Miss Her.” He had been smitten with her years earlier after seeing her performance in the 1991 film “Father of the Bride.”

The Paisleys sold the Pacific Palisades property in September 2013 for $2.5 million. Tragically, in January 2025, the same home was destroyed in the devastating California wildfires that swept through the area.
