Nataliya Kuznetso>>>>>>>>>>

Keeping ourselves in shape is important for our body and soul to feel comfortable. For most of us, that means simple things like taking a walk or doing some light daily exercise. For 33-year-old bodybuilder Nataliya Kuznetsova, however, keeping in shape looks a little different. The professional Russian female bodybuilder is said to hold the  world arm lifting,  bench press, and deadlift titles – with one look at her, it’s hard to believe otherwise.

Personally, I think everyone reserves the right to look however they want. Individuals should never be teased for their appearances – how one chooses to dress and shape themselves is, of course, entirely up to them.

Here at Newsner, we have previously reported onamazing and fascinating people  who are strong enough to do things their own way. They don’t give a heck about society’s preconceived ideas of beauty, preferring to follow their own dreams.

Nataliya Kuznetsova, a Russian bodybuilder, holds world records in arm lifting, bench press, and deadlifting. Her lifestyle revolves around strength training and pushing physical limits. Born on July 1, 1991, in Chita, Siberia, she was active from a young age, engaging in combat sports before starting powerlifting at 14.

Under coach Alexei Ivanov, Nataliya followed a strict training regimen. Initially, her goal wasn’t to build massive muscle but to increase strength. By 17, she weighed 150 lbs and could bench-press 220 lbs. Her early achievements laid the foundation for an impressive career in bodybuilding and powerlifting.

Nataliya won several championships, including the 2014 Cup of Eurasia and the 2015 Champion of the Cup Eastern Europe. Dubbed the “World’s Most Muscular Woman,” she holds numerous records, including a 374-lb bench press and a 530-lb deadlift.

Beyond lifting, she graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Physical Culture and appeared in a Bolshoi Theatre production. She married bodybuilder Vladislav Kuznetsov in 2015. Now based in Moscow, she balances sponsorships, social media fame, and coaching aspiring athletes while continuing to inspire many worldwide.
