Donald Trump has ten grandchildren, each with unique interests, from sports to outdoor adventures. Recently, one grandchild caught public attention for resembling him. Donald Trump Jr.’s eldest, Kai Madison Trump, born in May 2007, was the family’s first granddaughter, adding to the dynamic and ever-growing Trump family.

Now 17, Kai announced in August 2024 that she had verbally committed to the University of Miami. She was grateful to those who supported her and acknowledged her parents and grandfather.

“I would like to thank my mom, Vanessa, and my dad, Don, for always supporting me through my journey… I would like to thank my Grandpa for giving me access to great courses and tremendous support,” she said.

The New Yorker’s commitment to the University of Miami reflects her passion for golf. She joined the Hurricanes’ women’s team, a five-time national champion program with a strong legacy.

In March 2024, Kai won the ladies’ club championship at Trump International Golf Club in Palm Beach and celebrated with her grandfather. Grateful for her progress, she thanked her family, parents, and the Trump Golf team while acknowledging there’s always room to improve.

The following month, Kai reached another milestone by visiting Augusta, where she also had the chance to play at Sage Valley. Her love for the sport carried into 2025, as she shared a February photo from a TGL event, noting it reflected her recent weekends.
Donald Jr. and Vanessa welcomed their second child in February 2009 in New York City. Like other family members, Donald III supports his grandfather.
In July 2024, he attended a political event at Trump National Doral alongside his father and his siblings. The family posed for a photo in front of a crowd.
