Desiree and Ryan Fortin struggled with infertility for years. Diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome and other complications, Desiree endured endless tests, medications, and heartbreak.

After three years of trying, they turned to in-vitro fertilization, hoping for a miracle. The emotional toll was overwhelming, with countless negative pregnancy tests bringing tears and frustration.

Although she finally had finally fallen pregnant, doctors warned her that she wouldn’t be able to carry all the triplets to term.’

The Fortin triplets—Sawyer, Jack, and Charlize—were born in the summer of 2015 at 34 weeks and one day via C-section. Each baby weighed over 5 pounds, bringing immense joy to their parents, Desiree and Ryan.

However, Desiree faced complications and heavy bleeding, requiring emergency surgery. This meant she couldn’t see her newborns right away. Thankfully, Ryan FaceTimed her from the NICU so she could glimpse her little miracles. After two weeks, the triplets were strong enough to come home, marking the beginning of a new, challenging, yet rewarding chapter.

Raising three infants was both a blessing and a test. “Parenting is hard, filled with great responsibilities—caring for tiny humans,” Desiree shared. The babies suffered from severe reflux and colic, making routines difficult. Sleepless nights tested their patience, but their love for their children kept them going.

Today, the triplets are seven years old, and the family is thriving. Desiree, now with 150K Instagram followers, shares their journey—and recently announced they’re expecting again! Soon, the Fortins will be a family of six, continuing their beautiful adventure.
