On December 16, a male passenger reportedly made a crew member cry, leading another flight attendant to step in. She firmly told the man not to yell or point fingers at the crew. When the passenger interrupted her, asking, “Why are you yelling?” she responded, “Because you are yelling at us.” The exchange escalated when he told her to “shut up,” prompting her to retort, “You shut up! I am not your servant.”
The airline later stated the dispute arose over meal availability. The video amassed over 4.5 million views on Twitter, with many users supporting the attendant’s response to the situation.
