Kyle Chrisley is happy his parents are coming home from prison.
On Tuesday, May 27, shortly after his younger sister Savannah Chrisley, 27, announced that dad Todd Chrisley and step-mom Julie Chrisley received a pardon from President Donald Trump, the 33-year-old shared his reaction.
“I’m ecstatic,” Kyle told E! News. “Truly. I just found out a little bit ago and I still just can’t believe it.”
His biological mother is Todd’s ex-wife, Teresa Terry.
“I know Savannah had been working at this for so long and she never gave up,” he continued. “So I’m just grateful to her and to President Trump for making this happen for my dad and Julie.”

Todd and Julie Chrisley, sentenced in 2022 to 19 years for tax evasion and bank fraud, have been appealing their case since. Their son Kyle, once estranged, expressed hope for reconciliation. Meanwhile, Savannah criticized Kyle on her podcast, citing past abuse and manipulation, defending their father’s decision to cut ties. “We are allowed to create boundaries,” she said. Savannah also revealed former President Trump called her personally to announce he would pardon her parents, calling their sentence “pretty harsh.” Grayson, the couple’s youngest, celebrated the news, posting “PRAISE GOD!!!!” on Instagram, thanking Trump for reuniting their family.
