
In 2021, Florida’s Cole Prochaska weighed over 585 pounds—the maximum his scale could measure. Since childhood, he led a sedentary life fueled by overeating, consuming up to 5,000 calories daily, including multiple bags of chips and fast food binges. Despite projecting happiness, he felt lonely and struggled with basic activities. Short of breath and unable to exercise, his seven-year relationship’s decline became a wake-up call. Though he couldn’t save the relationship, Prochaska ultimately saved himself by embracing change.

His journey began with small steps—just a few blocks daily, steadily increasing to 10,000 steps regardless of weather. He overhauled his diet, cutting sweets and sugary drinks, focusing on high protein. By 2023, he lost 360 pounds but struggles with excess skin, seeking surgery to complete his transformation.
