Elizabeth, overwhelmed by her demanding job, is grateful when her husband Greg suggests hiring a maid. The young woman, Maria, starts helping around the house, and life begins to feel more manageable—until Elizabeth begins sleepwalking and sets up cameras to monitor herself.
Instead of sleepwalking, she catches Greg and Maria in what appears to be an intimate moment. Distraught, she confronts them, only to discover a shocking truth: Maria is their surrogate, carrying Elizabeth and Greg’s child.
