Warmth:
The affected area may feel warmer than the surrounding skin due to inflammation. -
Pus or Whitehead Formation:
A white or yellow tip may develop, indicating a buildup of pus inside. -
Itching or Irritation:
Some people feel mild itching around the area before or during the breakout. -
Tightness of the Skin:
