A video showing the child’s behavior quickly spread on TikTok after she reportedly stabbed another passenger with a metal fork—someone she didn’t even know.
All of this happened while her mother was resting during the 14-hour Qatar Airlines flight, unaware of what was going on just a few seats away from her.
“She just randomly stabbed me”
The woman who was recording everything caught the moment her sister flagged down a flight attendant in an attempt to calm the situation and get some help.
“She’s over here stabbing people with forks. She just randomly stabbed me with a fork,” the sister voiced her frustration, clearly upset by what had happened.
In the video, one of the flight attendants is seen reaching toward the child to take the fork from her hand. Not long after, another crew member is shown waking up the girl’s mother, who had been napping through the incident.
She then angrily warns, “I’m gonna f**k her up” and “I’m going to smack the s**t out of her.”
From behind the camera, laughter can be heard as the person filming watches the intense exchange unfold right in front of them.

Many viewers criticized how lightly some people were taking the situation, especially those who found it funny rather than concerning.
“Y’all laughing but this is not okay,” one person commented, clearly upset by the reaction.
“It’s only a child for crying out loud!” another person added, stressing the seriousness of the issue.
Someone else couldn’t help but poke fun at the moment and said, “Not you grabbing your slipper like she was a roach.” Still, a large number of viewers were more focused on why the child was left unattended in the first place and how things got that far.

“Her mumma didn’t do nothing. At this point we feel like the mum was probably tired and definitely wanted someone else to watch her kids,” the woman explained in a follow-up video, offering more context about what really happened during the flight.
