A now-viral kiss cam moment from a Coldplay concert in Boston that featured Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and the company’s Chief People Officer, Kristin Cabot, has left the Internet in a frenzy. On the Jumbotron, Byron was seen holding Cabot while she leaned into him during Chris Martin’s “Jumbotron Song.” Byron ducked out of sight, and Cabot covered her face when they saw themselves on screen. Alyssa Stoddard, another Astronomer employee, was the third person seen in the video, and speculation quickly erupted on social media. According to reports, Stoddard joined Astronomer in January 2025 as the Senior Director of People. Her prior positions at Proofpoint, ObserveI, and Little Sparks Project are listed on her LinkedIn profile. She was promoted to her current position by Cabot just last week. Stoddard’s response seemed telling, as many viewers noted, as if she was already aware of the alleged relationship between Byron and Cabot.
