Bulgarian influencer Andrea Ivanova, dubbed the woman with the “world’s biggest lips,” has shared images of herself before undergoing extensive cosmetic enhancements. Since beginning her transformation in 2018, the 27-year-old has reportedly spent over £20,000 on lip fillers alone.
Though Andrea admits her dramatic look makes dating difficult, she remains committed to her dream of having the largest lips and cheeks in the world. Her “before” photos show a young woman with naturally proportionate features, vastly different from her current appearance. Over time, she has undergone jaw shaping, cheekbone enhancement, chin lengthening, and multiple lip augmentations.
In 2024, she attempted six facial procedures in a single day—something even her regular doctor refused to do. She traveled to Germany to find a specialist willing to take on the risky “experiment.” Though the procedures left her bruised, swollen, and in pain, Andrea insists she has no regrets.
Despite concerns about tissue necrosis and other complications, she plans to continue. “Natural beauty is boring,” she said. “You shouldn’t judge people for their looks… This makes me happy.”
